Preparation

Jumping rope is not just for children. It burns lots of energy and one works with many different muscles in the body. The muscles that are worked with are hands, bones and the core muscles.

Guide

Jumping ropes can all do. Here is an overview of different variants you can do. One can hold on to each variant for 30 seconds before going to the next. This provides a heating section of 6 minutes.
