Preparation

This is an exercise for buttocks and hamstring.

Use a pole or high weight bench to keep balance. Tighten the abdominal muscles.

Guide

Lift one of your feet up from the ground and back, while standing on the other. Lower your leg down. Repeat with the other leg.
