This is a old school training exercise that requires help from another person. This is an advanced exercise and is not recommended for beginners.
Bend your waist and lean your arms against a weight stand or bench. Let a partner sit on the lower back of your back.
Raise your toes as you lean forward. Take a break at the top and then lower the heels to the floor. Repeat.
Note: A personal trainer can show you how to do this safely.
