Preparation

This exercise provides flexibility that strengthens the muscles of the back and core.

Lie on the belly of a training ball with your toes in the floor for balance. Keep your hands on your chest or ears.

Guide

Lift your chest up and off the ball so that you stretch the spine. Then return quietly back to the starting point and repeat.
