Preparation

You can practice contracting the chest muscles by seeing yourself in the mirror. You can either stand with your arms straight down or hold the lever together. It is often easier to get a good contraction if you trained the muscles with eg. pushups, bench press or dumbbell press.

Guide

Turn the upper arm towards the chest. You should now feel that your chest muscles are getting bigger.
