This movement is just like the kettlebell swing with two arms. The difference is that this one uses a hand in the hallway.
Find a suitable kettlebell and hold your right hand with a hand grip with your palm facing you. Stand upright and let the kettle bubble rest against your thigh.
Bend your life as you carry the kettle bubble between your legs. Slide the kettle bubble to just above the chest height and return to the lower position. Repeat.
The free hand can swing to help drive momentum.
