A fun and healthy twist on your regular salmon dish
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray an oven-safe pan with non-stick spray or line with aluminum foil/parchment paper.
Finely chop garlic.
Mix the chili sauce in a small glass bowl.
Place the salmon into the prepared pan and coat with chili sauce.
Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the filets. The salmon is done when it can be easily flaked with a fork.
Serve with steamed broccoli and rice.
