Feel free to substitute some of the yogurts with mayo. You can also add finely chopped capers and as herbs like dill and parsley.
Chop onion and pickles. Mix everything together and let stand in the fridge for one hour before serving.
Because this is made without mayo I'd recommend using a higher fat Greek yogurt, but the non-fat one works as well. In addition, you might want to add sweeteners such as a small amount of honey or Splenda.
