Makes 6 giant and 9 regular sized cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.
Combine ingredients, make sure to use fresh baking powder. Depending on your powdered peanut butter you might have to use more or less water so add it in increments. Spread each cookie thin on the baking tray using a full teaspoon of batter for each.
Bake in oven 10-12 minutes.
When you take them out of the oven they will be soft so let cool before eating! You can use other sweeteners instead of the monk fruit blend I use.
Different sugars will create different results, here I made them using splenda:
