Directions

  • Step 1

    Chop cilantro. Mix Worchester sauce with lime.

  • Step 2

    If you do not have a thin chicken breast, butterfly it and pound it flat. This step is necessary because chicken breast has an uneven shape it will not make contact with the pan or grill to cook evenly as for example, steak does.

  • Step 3

    Coat chicken breast with the lime mix, cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4

    Spray a skillet with non-stick spray or use a grill pan. Grill or pan-fry chicken 6-8 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken breast or until the internal temperature on the chicken reaches 165 F. Let rest 5-10 minutes before cutting.

Serve with romaine salad, beans, rice, fresh cilantro, salsa, and sour cream or greek yogurt. 

If you want, you can leave the chicken it in the fridge after coating it with the spice mix. I do not believe that marinating chicken breasts is helpful in flavor or keeping the meat moist.
