The perfect dip to raw veggies or tortilla chips
Place veggies in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You might want to drain the liquid in coriander if there is too much so your dip does not get too runny.
Mix greek yogurt, veggies, paprika, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
