Dijon mustard is a great way to add that extra flavor to any dish without the excess calories. It works especially well over oven baked salmon!
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
Coat an oven safe pan with non-stick spray, parchment paper or oil.
Cut the onion and garlic into small dices.
Mix garlic, mustard, and the spices together.
Place salmon in the pan and coat with mustard mixture, top with onion.
Serve with rice and a side of green vegetables.
